Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to champion reliability from concept through production across multiple domains, including Air Dominance & Strike, Counter-UAS, and Maritime. You will lead FMEA/FTA, perform predictive reliability analyses, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure robust designs and field performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of reliability/design or test engineering experience.
Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering or equivalent.
Experience with safety-critical hardware and software in defense/aerospace.
Ability to establish reliability frameworks across a product/program.

Responsibilities

Lead FMEA/FTA and drive design improvements with cross-functional teams.
Develop and execute qualification and validation test plans for production readiness.
Perform predictive reliability analyses and Weibull analyses to forecast failures.
Lead root-cause investigations and implement CAPA actions.
Develop reliability infrastructure and standards across design, manufacturing, and deployment processes.
