Harmonic Security, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Engineer to onboard customers, support deployments, and resolve complex issues with a strong emphasis on customer experience. You will work directly with enterprise security environments, operating across Windows, Linux, and macOS, and collaborate with teams to improve deployment processes.

The role emphasizes customer excellence, documentation, and contributing feedback to product strategy within a fast-moving AI-security company.

Formación

• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise security in customer environments.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf) and SSO configuration.
• Experience in multi-OS environments (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Strong customer-facing communication and issue coordination.
• Ability to turn one-off fixes into documented processes.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard customers and provide day-to-day deployment support.
• Manage technically difficult customer issues with real-time impact.
• Write root cause analyses and escalate when needed.
• Maintain internal guides and customer-facing docs.
• Feed field findings into the product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
