Job summary

Leidos' Kudu Dynamics team is seeking a Deployment Engineer to install, configure, and support our autonomous vulnerability operations platform across on‑premises, air‑gapped, SaaS, and cloud environments. You will stand up reliable systems, document them clearly, and work with platform engineering and Cyber Agent teams to ensure customers run in healthy states.

The role emphasizes hands‑on Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and integration with internal or external LLM endpoints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in deployment engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and Docker cluster administration.
• Proficient Linux system administration and networking basics.
• Experience with LLM endpoints and model serving.
• Knowledge of backup/recovery and disaster planning.
• Monitoring, logging, and alerting to detect issues early.
• Automation of setup/configuration tasks and reducing drift.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and validate the platform across environments.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Linux and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Build reproducible configurations and deployment workflows (IaC).
• Stand up monitoring, logging, and alerting; improve resilience.
• Document deployments and train customers and internal teams.
• Learn new skills and teach others.
