Job summary

Leidos seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer for Kudu Dynamics, a Leidos-owned company. You will join a team building secure, scalable deployments across Linux and Windows environments, with emphasis on automation and cloud native practices.

You will design release pipelines, implement automated deployments, and improve processes using Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong scripting and security focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters in Engineering or Computer Science with 5+ years DevOps experience
• Fluent with Git and version control best practices (branching/merging)
• Experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows admin, cloud/virtualized servers

Responsibilities

• Support the development lifecycle from design to deployment and debugging
• Build and maintain a release pipeline for fast, secure production delivery
• Automate deployments across environments using scripting and toolkits
• Configure sites/applications with Puppet/Ansible; maintain Confluence/Jira
• Assist in designing/maintaining web service infrastructure and deployments
• Identify/process improvements through automation and streamlining
