Job summary

Blumen is seeking a seasoned customer success leader to manage and build out our deployment and customer success function, first as the technical implementation representative and eventually as the architect of this function.

You will manage technical implementation, monitor customer goals, and drive value from Blumen products while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Product to meet needs swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or solutions engineering in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of energy project developer dynamics.
• Able to ramp on complex technical products and troubleshoot quickly.
• Strong communication, promptness, and organization.

Responsibilities
