Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks an Deployment and Implementation Architect to deploy and configure enterprise voice and contact center solutions, from setup through go-live. You will implement cloud-based platforms, build routing logic, and troubleshoot devices across customer sites.

The role requires hands-on Cisco Webex Calling expertise, strong network understanding, and the ability to travel regularly. You will document configurations and train support teams to ensure smooth migrations and go-lives.

Qualifications
