Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks an Deployment and Implementation Architect to deploy and support Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center for enterprise clients. You will own hands-on configuration, testing, cutovers, and post-go-live support while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

You will configure locations, call routing, IVRs, and agent setups, while troubleshooting connectivity, SIP, and QoS issues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, PSTN, Local Gateway, dial plans, call routing, codecs, and QoS.
• Experience configuring IVR flows, queues, and skills-based routing.
• Network knowledge covering LAN/WAN, VLANs, and voice traffic.
• Experience with packet captures, log analysis, Control Hub diagnostics, and call detail records.
• Ability to manage cutovers, customer communication, and technical escalations.
• Cisco Collaboration certifications, MSP or Professional Services experience, and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing experience preferred.

Deployment and Implementation Architect - Voice and Contact Center

Overview

Deploy and support Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center solutions for enterprise customers. Own hands-on configuration, testing, cutover, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support while working directly with customers and internal teams.

Location and Travel
