Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician III to perform maintenance, installation, operation, and repair of our products at customer sites. You will train customers on equipment and software while building strong relationships and ensuring service quality.

Role requires willingness to travel internationally and obtain a Secret US security clearance. Strong troubleshooting, schematics interpretation, and electrical wiring knowledge are essential to succeed in this field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree preferred; higher degree may substitute for experience.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals.
• Willing to travel outside the continental US for extended periods; pass pre-deployment medical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to SNC customers for quick problem assessment and corrections.
• Document all customer interactions and support hardware, software, or training issue changes per SNC instructions.
• Travel to remote locations worldwide with short notice; perform maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
• Follow supervisor guidance for daily tasking and priorities; obtain USG security clearance as required.
