Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a Field Service Technician III in the United States with extensive diagnostic and leadership experience. You will perform expert maintenance on complex systems, manage field projects, and develop training for customers and internal teams.

You will mentor junior technicians, maintain detailed records, and ensure safety compliance while traveling to customer sites, including international locations, to deliver high-value field solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a technician or in a similar role.
• Ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Proven troubleshooting with complex aerospace/defense systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level maintenance and repairs on aerospace/defense systems.
• Independently manage field service projects and timelines.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians; develop training materials.
