Job summary

You will lead certification courses, supervise pricing and presentation, coordinate stock, assist customers, operate POS, and uphold safety standards. This role supports a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver product specialist training programs.
• Ensure high level of customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Communicate SOP changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Complete forklift proficiency testing and certification.
• Assist customers with product questions and purchases.
• Process transactions at POS and handle refunds per policy.
