As ourDepartment Support Assistant, you will serve as the heartbeat of our facility operations, providing essential clerical support and administrative coordination. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our office, ensuring that our local department runs efficiently while maintaining a professional environment that reflects our commitment to excellence in healthcare support services.
Every day you will manage a variety of operational tasks, including acting as a front-line receptionist, operating a multi-line switchboard, and coordinating conference room schedules and A/V equipment. You will handle sensitive facility security procedures, maintain accurate internal directories, process business correspondence, and utilize technical software to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to keep our team organized and informed.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma or GED along with some completed undergraduate coursework, demonstrating a strong ability to follow instructions and analyze data.
