Job summary

H&M in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Department Supervisor to help drive Sales and Profit goals by delivering the Best Customer Experience in-store. You will lead the department, ensure visual merchandising, and uphold H&M standards and policies while supporting team development.

You will collaborate with the Department Manager to identify opportunities, maintain service across all store areas, promote the Hello Member app, and ensure smooth operations from fitting rooms to checkout, while keeping

Responsibilities

Support OMNI customer experience with visual and commercial curation.
Represent the H&M brand positively in customer interactions.
Identify department opportunities and act on them with the Department Manager.
Ensure customer service across all store areas and promote loyalty and sustainability initiatives.
Manage fitting room, checkout routines, and admin processes for people and operations.
Maintain fashion knowledge and train the team on products and trends.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team and provide ongoing feedback.
Open and close the store daily and ensure store cleanliness and stock control.
