Responsibilities

• Support omni customer experience and visual/commercial curation as per global guidelines.
• Represent H&M brand positively in customer interactions.
• Identify department strengths and opportunities with the Department Manager.
• Ensure customer service across the store and promote products to customers.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions and exchanges.
• Admin routines for people and operations in the store.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and ensure product/brand knowledge in interactions.
• Retain and share knowledge with the store team; collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team.
• Provide feedback and participate in daily/weekly store communications.
• Ensure procedures, routines, and legal requirements are followed.
• Maintain clean sales floor and back-of-house areas; secure stock levels and BOH upkeep.
• Oversee in-store omni services/tools and price signage according to guidelines.
• Open and close the store daily.
