Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional, helpful manner and offer product guidance.
• Assist customers with product questions, selections, and demonstrations.
• Process checkout transactions using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per policy.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and product placement accuracy in the department.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and communicate SOP changes.
