The Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH) is seeking an Administrative Support professional for the ApprenticeshipNH SAEF grant team. The role supports outreach, event planning, data tracking, and documentation efforts, reporting to the SAEF Grant Manager.
Responsibilities include coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting with reporting to USDOL standards, with a focus on organizing materials and supporting statewide outreach activities.

SCOPE OF WORK: Assists the ApprenticeshipNH SAEF Grant team in the support and coordination of the Community College System of NH’s (CCSNH) efforts to build Registered Apprenticeship Programs. Performs various administrative and technical duties such as coordinating outreach, assisting with event planning, tracking program materials and data, and conducting research. This position reports to the SAEF Grant Manager. Grant funded through June 30, 2029 (position is contingent upon renewed grant funding by the terms outlined by contract through June 30, 2030).
Education: High school diploma, G.E.D. or its equivalent. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience : Three years' experience in a responsible clerical position, including administrative support preferably with career coaching or workforce development services.
Ability to provide administrative support to promote career development and training in programs in education, social science, business, or registered apprenticeship programs. Demonstrate experience providing administrative support for community engagement events and skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, outlook).
License/Certification : Valid driver's license, or access to transportation for statewide travel.
Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment. Knowledge of English, spelling and arithmetic. Knowledge of the procedures and practices involved in interviewing. Knowledge of office record keeping and reporting. Knowledge of the regulations pertaining to departmental programs. Knowledge of the principles and practices of public administration. Ability to gather, assemble, correlate and analyze facts and identify existing or potential problems. Ability to contribute to the development of sound operational procedures. Ability to exercise sound judgment in appraising situations and making routine decisions. Ability to follow specific instructions in gathering facts, data, or resources in organizing required information. Ability to make decisions based upon fact-finding interviews within the parameters of the rules and policies of the agency. Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general public. Must be willing to maintain appearance appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities as determined by CCSNH.
