World Wide Wings is a growing franchisee operating over 60 restaurants in 7 states. This role involves leading departments within the restaurant (Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality), driving operational excellence, and supporting the General Manager to ensure safe, high-quality service and profitability.

Department Manager Responsibilities
- Staffing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, and ongoing development of Department Team Members.
- Coordinate with other Department Managers on hiring decisions and create weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines.
- Develop action/development plans for direct reports and provide regular performance feedback and appraisals.
- Maintain training certifications, oversee MIT/WCT training, and ensure department readiness.
- Manage quality, service, guest experience, and adherence to food safety and bar operations standards.
- Monitor equipment and inventory; communicate repair needs and ensure timely fixes.
- Analyze performance metrics (GEM, QSCs, audits, P&L) and implement action plans to address issues.
