Job summary

World Wide Wings is seeking Department Managers to lead daily restaurant operations across floors and service areas, collaborating with managers to uphold standards and drive profitability. You’ll guide teams, ensure safety, and promote in-house promotions.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for developing people, a high-energy, fast-paced mindset, and ownership of quality and guest engagement across Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality duties.

The role involves coordinating with General Manager and other managers to ensure high standards of service and profitability across departments.

Additional Details

Job location: 1724 East Jackson, Macomb, IL 61455. Salary range: $18.00 - $27.40 hourly. Position supports multiple departments including Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality, with duties spanning staffing, training, inventory, cost control, and guest experience programs. This description reflects responsibilities across the department management roles within World Wide Wings, a franchisee of Buffalo Wild Wings.
