Job summary

Gymshark's flagship Bond Street store in New York City is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a premier customer experience while upholding the brand’s energy and standards.

You will drive sales, manage daily operations, develop staff, ensure presentation, and partner with leadership to align with Gy mshark’s vision. The role includes opening/closing, safety, and coaching a 40+ team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably fitness/fashion.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage stock, safety and store standards.
• Strong communication skills and brand ambassador mindset.
• Ability to open/close store and manage key-holder responsibilities.
• Focus on KPI attainment and customer experience excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead store's commercial success and exceptional customer experience.
• Represent Gymshark culture and act as brand ambassador.
• Analyze sales data, manage stock, and optimize profitability and ROI.
• Oversee daily operations, store presentation and safety.
• Develop and coach a diverse, high-performing team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align with company goals.
