Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a department to maximize sales, inventory, and standards.
• Review planograms and layouts; order merchandise to drive sales.
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Associates and Team Leaders.
• Maintain stock accuracy and monitor department performance to meet targets.
