Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Department Manager to drive day-to-day operations across the floor, bar, kitchen, and take‑out. You will lead a team to deliver top‑tier service and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll coach and develop staff, ensure food safety and responsible alcohol service, and motivate the team through promotions and local marketing initiatives. High‑energy leaders who thrive in a fast‑paced environment are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and food safety.
