World Wide Wings in Hillsboro, OR is hiring a Department Manager to lead Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality. You will be responsible for staffing, training, budgeting, inventory, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional guest experiences and a winning team environment.

You will report to the General Manager, drive operational excellence, and manage cross-functional priorities while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; leadership and restaurant experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and food safety; responsible alcohol service.

Position Summary

Department Managers are on the front line, running the playbook day in and day out. Whether it’s the floor, the bar, the kitchen, or takeout—you lead it all. You’re responsible for driving operational excellence across your area, ensuring every shift delivers an unbeatable experience for guests and a winning environment for the team.

Responsibilities
