Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• Oversee Guest Service Department, ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train services, and maintain Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Supervise Kitchen Department, ensuring quality food delivery, safety, cost control, and proper training of kitchen staff on new menu items.
• Manage People Department, handling hiring, training, scheduling, and recognizing Crew to motivate performance.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
