Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience during each visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security and profitability. They monitor performance, manage inventory, maintain daily cleanliness, communicate with the next Shift Manager, schedule crew, train staff, and ensure the team meets shifts’ targets and departmental goals.
