Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and help departments meet their targets

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment (preferred)
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast‑paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned and operated restaurant
