Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operation of the restaurant, ensuring a fast, accurate and friendly customer experience.
• Lead shifts each week and supervise crew and managers to meet service standards.
• Oversee assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks and reporting results to senior management.

Guest Service Department Manager

• Ensure crew and managers provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Coordinate sales promotions and verify proper execution.
• Train service staff on standard service procedures.
• Maintain organization of Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas for optimal service flow.

Kitchen Department Manager

• Guarantee quality and timely food delivery to customers.
• Monitor food safety standards and control food costs.
• Train kitchen staff in production procedures and introduce new menu items.

People Department Manager

• Hire, train and schedule qualified crew to meet restaurant sales and profitability goals.
• Support crew development and recognize achievements to maintain motivation.
