Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They may also lead departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and keep front counter, McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized.
• The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• The People Department Manager ensures hiring of qualified crew, training, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, orientation of new crew, and recognition and motivation throughout their tenure.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive team player, flexible schedule, fun‑loving, passionate about fast‑paced environment.
