McDonald's in Wilson, NC is seeking a Manager to lead restaurant operations across Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. You will set goals, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and report results to the leadership team.

The role requires previous managerial experience in hospitality or retail, and the ability to manage crews and drive sales while delivering fast, friendly service. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems, set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams.
• Oversee crew and managers to deliver excellent customer experience; execute sales promotions; train service staff; maintain Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly; maintain food safety; control food cost; train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate employees.

Responsibilities

They manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.

Guest Service Department Managers oversee crew and managers to deliver excellent customer experience; execute sales promotions; train service staff; maintain organization of the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.

Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly; maintain food safety; control food cost; train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.

People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate employees.

Qualifications

Previous managerial experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.

Age 18 years or older.

This position is performed at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.

The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no involvement in these decisions.
