The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling, and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager
  • Ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience.
  • Ensures sales promotions are executed effectively.
  • Ensures all service staff are trained in service procedures.
  • Ensures the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager
  • Ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly.
  • Ensures food safety standards are maintained.
  • Controls food cost.
  • Trains kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items.
• People Department Manager
  • Recruits and hires qualified crew members.
  • Trains and schedules crew to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Provides positive onboarding and ongoing motivation and recognition for the team.
