Responsibilities

Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals. They help Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and engage employees through motivation and recognition.
Guest Services Department Managers ensure Crew and Managers deliver a memorable customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and maintain an organized Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru.
