H-E-B is seeking a Store Department Lead to guide a well-stocked, well-maintained department and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise scheduling, training Partners, and assist with inventory, production planning, and issue resolution as needed.

The role requires expertise across multiple departments (Bakery/Produce/Delicatessen, etc.) and a hands-on approach to daily operations within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (AA) or two years of related experience or training.
• Expert knowledge of department production stations, including quality standards, set-up, operation, cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions and production planners.

Responsabilités

• Lead department and supervise scheduling, training and development of Partners.
• Provide superior customer service and coach on selling techniques.
• Assist with inventory control and production planning within the department.
• Serve as backup to Department Manager and handle shift coverage as needed.
