Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 6+ months related experience/trainings.
• Ability to supervise and train Partners; schedule work; manage production plans.
• Food safety and sanitation training knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations and supervise Partners.
• Schedule shifts and train Partners.
• Provide superior customer service and handle inquiries.
• Oversee inventory control and product rotation.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Support bakery, deli and other sub-departments as needed.
