Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience with knowledge of the specific department.

• Flexible mindset to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations while ensuring quality outcomes.
• Willingness to work a 40-hour week with varied hours, days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain consistent department displays and signing.
• Monitor inventory with regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and replenish inventory.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep the department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate price changes and update pricing labels and signage as required.
• Manage implementation of playbook features and planogram sets per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols within the department.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers to enhance satisfaction.
• Support front-end activities by processing transactions when needed.
• Operate basic retail equipment and handheld devices as required.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility across departments.
• Engage in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
