Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations to ensure efficient performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and replenishment.
• Manage price changes and signage, ensuring alignment with planograms.
• Lead playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the department.
• Provide proactive customer assistance and support at the front end.
• Support cash handling and loadouts as required.
• Utilize office and retail equipment to complete daily tasks.
• Participate in cross-training and learning initiatives.
