• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with education/academic medicine budgets and HR processes.
• Ability to read financial reports and contracts and write clear policies.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direction and oversight of the unit's operations, in conjunction with the unit's Director/Chair.
• Develops, communicates, and manages productivity standards, goals, and expectations for staff.
• Manages all-funds budgeting for the department and financial planning efforts.
• Prepares operational and financial reports with analyses and recommendations.
• Oversees recruitment and staff development; coordinates department policies and programs.
• Oversees contracts and grants per sponsor requirements and fiscal controls.
