Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent in related field and at least 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Progressively responsible financial management experience within a large academic medical center.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations across multiple departments with standardized processes and reporting.
• Apply clinical operations knowledge to financial planning and analysis to support department goals.
• Develop and coach staff; establish accountability for timely, accurate work.
