Heritage Auctions, the world’s largest collectibles auctioneer, invites you to join a fast-paced consignments team in the Dallas area. You will process incoming consignments, open packages, label contents, and create electronic reports while communicating with clients about status.

A high school diploma is required with at least two years of related experience. Proficiency in Word and Excel, strong multi-tasking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected.

• Return client material and assist with inventories.
• Assemble client information packets and support Consignment Directors.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for processing incoming consignments and communicating the status with customers.

COMPENSATION:

Commensurate based on experience

LOCATION:

South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Process incoming consignments accurately and efficiently, including:
  • Opening packages
  • Labeling and verifying the contents of packages
  • Creating an electronic report for the consignment
• Communicate with clients in all aspects of the consignment
• Research the status of consignments
• Return client material
• Perform department-wide inventories of consignment material
• Assemble client information packets
• Assist with Consignment Directors' responsibilities
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma required
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience and/or training

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task and pay great attention to detail
• The individual may occasionally lift to 50 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
