Job summary

Embla Medical is seeking an Area Manager to drive prosthetic product sales across CO, MO, and KS. You will present to prosthetists and healthcare professionals, build key relationships, and execute strategic plans to grow the territory.

The role requires residing in Denver and frequent travel within the region. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of medical sales, a proven quota-attainment record, and experience with national or regional sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or business.
• 3+ years direct field sales experience in medical or healthcare products.
• Achieved 100% sales quota attainment for at least two years.
• Experience presenting at national or regional sales meetings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for prosthetic products in the territory.
• Conduct scheduled sales presentations to orthotic and prosthetic practitioners and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute strategic solutions to drive profitable growth within territory.
• Maintain knowledge to overcome objections and implement sales strategies.
• Establish relationships with clinical decision-makers to expand market penetration.
• Lead special projects and represent the company at industry events.
