Job summary

Össur is seeking a field-based medical sales professional to drive referrals for prosthetic patient services across a defined territory. You will build relationships with surgeons, PM&R specialists, and hospitals while leveraging CRM tools to maximize referrals and outcomes.

The role requires 4-7 years of medical sales experience, strong presentation skills, and a track record of meeting quarterly quotas in a dynamic market. Travel and collaboration with regional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-7 years of medical sales experience.
• Experience in orthotics/prosthetics or related healthcare field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with surgeons and provider offices across multiple specialties.
• Conduct comprehensive office calls with referral sources and staff; target 5-7 in-person meetings daily.
• Present and articulate the value of prosthetic patient services and treatment options.
• Leverage CRM and data tools to track referrals and drive territory growth.
• Collaborate with clinic operations to ensure smooth referral processes and patient outcomes.
