Ambrook is seeking an operations- and program-focused professional to run placemaking, events, design program management, and research initiatives from our Denver office. You will report to the co-founder and drive programs across design, Labs, and recruiting.

The role spans multiple offices and requires coordinating with a distributed team. You’ll manage placemaking for the Denver office, plan events, improve onboarding and tech enablement, and lead cross-functional projects.

Formación

• 1–8 years in roles like operations, recruiting, hospitality, design operations or production.

Responsabilidades

• Own placemaking in the Denver office and coordinate events.
• Lead design program management and support product reviews.
• Recruit customers for research sessions and product pilots.
• Plan visits across Colorado and other states to see customers and teams.
• Improve tech enablement and onboarding processes across the company.
