Ambrook is building modern financial infrastructure for American family-run businesses. The role focuses on placemaking, events, and program management across the SF office and adjacent regions.

You’ll report to the co-founder and Head of Product, collaborating across offices, teams, and the distributed workforce. A strong guest-focused mindset and system-minded approach are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 1–8 years in operations, recruiting, hospitality or production.
• Hospitable and craft-focused, with attention to guest experience and event design.
• Friction bothers you; you prefer improving systems to workarounds.
• You’re proficient with tools, can set up accounts, fix a conference room, and use AI to automate recurring tasks.
• You know SF circles in tech, startups, design, research, and industry.

Aufgaben

• Own placemaking in the SF office, managing guests, vendors, supplies, and access.
• Partner with founders on high-priority projects, from meetings prep to decisions.
• Shape how customers and candidates meet Ambrook, including onsite visits and portfolio reviews.
• Catalyze community with events across the metro area and company activations.
• Improve tech enablement, covering onboarding, offboarding, software rollouts, and AI tools.
• Create AI systems that fix recurring process issues.
