Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in building engineering.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair expertise.
• Universal CFC recovery certification within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to read wiring schematics and sequence of operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Respond to hot or cold calls, troubleshoot and repair issues, document actions.
• Manage external vendors and contractors as needed, and perform on‑call duties.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety/compliance tasks as required.
