Join a leading company as a Stationary Engineer responsible for the daily operations of their property portfolio in Denver, CO. You will ensure all mechanical systems are operational and safe, mentor engineering staff, and manage relationships with vendors for various maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in facilities maintenance with certifications in HVAC and plumbing systems management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in property/facilities maintenance preferred.
• Universal EPA Refrigerant Handler License required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of property portfolio, including HVAC and plumbing.
• Develop and manage annual repairs and maintenance budgets.
• Supervise preventative maintenance and manage vendors.
