The position requires a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with two years of commercial construction experience, including RFIs, shop drawings, and BIM coordination using Procore, AutoCAD, Revit and related tools. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 24 months of experience in commercial construction with low and mid-rise buildings.
• Ability to generate RFIs and track approvals; manage shop drawing logs and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned projects under supervision, including schedules, cost projections, contracts and status reports.
• Direct construction activities at the project site with owners/clients, field supers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Prepare budgets, schedules and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; monitor project costs.
