The position requires a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or Construction Management, with 24 months of commercial construction experience and proficiency with BIM and project

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or Construction Management required.
• 24 months of experience in commercial construction with low- and mid-rise buildings.
• Experience with RFIs, shop drawing logs/co-ordination, BIM clashes, and permit processes.
• Proficiency with Procore, Textura, Nexus, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned projects under supervision across project management phases.
• Manage construction activities at the project site and coordinate with owners, field team and subcontractors.
• Estimate quantities and costs for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Lead jobsite coordination meetings and provide status reports.
• Assist in design development, budgeting, and scheduling; support profit projections.
• Support project close-out including final billing and fee collection.
