Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 24 months of experience in commercial construction with low and mid-rise buildings.
• Experience generating RFIs, tracking approvals, and coordinating shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned projects, including schedules, cost projections, contracts, and reports.
• Direct construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site.
• Coordinate with owners/clients, field superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and control budgets, schedules, and bid documents; negotiate subcontracts.
• Conduct jobsite meetings and project close-out duties.
