Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in commercial construction with low/mid-rise buildings.
• Procore, BIM tools and coordination knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned projects, manage budgets, schedules and reports.
• Direct construction activities on site and coordinate with owners, subs, and accounting.
• Prepare and control budgets, bid documents, and subcontracting agreements.
• Lead project close-out activities and ensure final cost collection.
• Travel domestically up to 50% as needed.
