The role requires a minimum of 6 years of commercial construction experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency with estimating and PM tools helps drive cost control and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Engage in design development, budget preparation, and project schedule.
• Monitor job costs and prepare budget, schedule, and bid documents.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts and help prepare profit projections.
• Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and project status reports.
• Lead project close-out duties including final cost, punch list, final billing, and fee collection.
