Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum five years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and estimate costs; supervise contractors.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 4-6 construction projects simultaneously.
• Ensure adherence to time, cost and quality standards.
• Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors and 3rd-party testers.
• Review and approve project costs and change orders.
• Oversee equipment orders and delivery for projects.
• Maintain documentation and manage bid process with contractors.
• Attend site visits and ensure QA expectations.
