Applegreen USA is seeking a Project Manager - Capital Projects to lead multiple concurrent capital initiatives across our U.S. travel plaza portfolio.

You will oversee planning, design, budgeting, procurement, permitting, construction, turnover, and opening, partnering with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and brand partners. This hands-on role requires strong ownership, organization, and the ability to manage several projects across markets while minimizing operational disruption and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, development, retail, restaurant/QSR, hospitality, or multi-site environments.
• Experience independently managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple capital projects end-to-end from planning to turnover and opening.
• Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk logs; communicate risks to cost, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and brand partners to drive projects from concept to opening.
• Align project execution with operations, merchandising strategies, and business objectives.
• Lead meetings, site visits, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain project documentation and provide timely reporting to senior stakeholders.
