Applegreen is seeking a Project Manager - Capital Projects to support its U.S. capital investment program across the travel plaza portfolio. Reporting to the Director, U.S.

Capital Projects, this position will manage multiple concurrent capital projects from initial planning and design through construction, turnover, and opening. The portfolio includes QSR and retail remodels, brand conversions, new concept fit-outs, refresh/reimage programs, retail renovations, and other strategic capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent project management experience.
• 5+ years PM experience in construction, retail, hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects independently.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout knowledge.
• Experience in active operating environments and travel willingness.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple capital projects through full lifecycle from scope to closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk reporting.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and brand partners.
• Align project execution with operations, merchandising, and business objectives.
• Lead meetings, site visits, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Review drawings, scopes, and change orders for coordination and cost control.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular reports to senior leaders.
• Support bidding, procurement, and contract administration activities.
